Party rentals can be a quick solution

I guess its not too bright to accept a big responsibility like organizing a company picnic and outing as the current planner suddenly resigned due to various reasons and the event planned ran into a stop, but I thought I could do it so I accepted the responsibility and now we had only a week to do everything.
