Get yourself an outdoor hobby!

My husband is an introvert. His usual routine during weekdays is just home-office-home. On weekends, he would spend most of his time at home reading books, surfing the net or watching tv. It used to be not a problem not until I’ve noticed that he’s gaining weight and his tummy is starting to bulge due to lack of exercise. I asked him to find himself an outdoor hobby. I was so happy when he joined his officemates play paintball and even happier to learn that he liked it. And since his birthday is a couple of weeks from now, I bought him one of those paintball guns available online.
